Returns & Exchanges

UK and International Returns

We do hope you are 100% happy with your new WeAreNativ swimwear. However, if you are unsatisfied, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase – that’s 30 days including the date we receive your return

The product must be received by us at WAN HQ in original condition – e.g. worn, washed or otherwise used products unfortunately will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and hygiene stickers intact

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact us at hello@wearenativ.com with a full description of your issue, including pictures of the problem if possible, and we will respond ASAP with a resolution

Items that have been purchased from international destinations (other than on UK soil) will be accepted under the conditions outlined above, but please keep in mind that we will need to receive your return before the 30 day deadline

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s)

 

Instructions for Sending Your Return to WeAreNativ

1.         Send an email to us at hello@wearenativ.com - please include your order number

2.         Note the item(s) and reason you would like to return

3.         We will send you an email with instructions on how to return your item

4.         Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt for your return to be processed & refund issued

We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued
